february

The reason God made February short a few days was because he knew that by the time people came to the end of it, they would die if they had to stand one more blasted day.
--Katherine Paterson

Tell me about it. I have officially had it with winter now; the cold, the wet, the having to wear tights. Roll on summer!

I agree. February is the hardest month for me, every year. But March and warmer weather are just around the corner!

I am totally with you Rachel. I keep visiting blogs where spring has already sprung or they are in Australia/NZ/South Africa. Summer looks most appealing - remind me of that when I am complaining about the heat ;)

Couldn't have put it better myself - but it is coming! In the North East today there has been lots of sunshine, and, when it's shining on you, it's actually WARM (an unfamiliar feeling, I must say!). Hold on to that thought :-)

Wishing you sunshine and blue skies - wish I could send some of our summer warmth your way. February is hot and sticky in Auckland but I know that feeling you describe and we call it August!
take care and keep warm x
